Vacanza ❘ Famiglia Facendo una sosta durante il viaggio di ritorno dalle vacanze, ci siamo fermati per una notte per poi ripartire questa mattina di buon ora. Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere i proprietari della locanda: gentilissimi e disponibili. Le camere bellissime e con tutti i comfort!!! Pulitissimo tutto ed una colazione ottima! Un buffet ricco e colorato! Noi dopo colazione siamo ripartiti per continuare il viaggio! Lo consigliamo assolutamente 👏🏼 Cari saluti ai proprietari 🇮🇹🙋🏻‍♀️

Coppia Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante, utilizzando la formula del menù degustazione, devo dire tutto buono, prezzo in linea per quello che viene offerto. Un ringraziamento particolare a Samuele che ha saputo consigliarci egregiamente i vini e ci ha accompagnati lungo tutto la cena.

Ristorante con location superlativa cena a base di pesce servita in modo eccellente cibo di prima qualità. Personale sempre a disposizione e cortese.Abbiamo preso la degustazione di pesce , accompagnata da un eccellente vino ,tutte le portate servite con la massima cura e di eccellente qualità.Lo consigliamo per una cena romantica.

Great little hotel! This is great small hotel, easy to reach from Trieste airport or Trieste town (local bus stop not even 1min away). We stayed in the large recently renovated Sissi room. New fantastic bathroom. Great restaurant with nice terrace and also very good breakfast!

Astonishingly good food I'm glad I hadn't read the negative reviews before having dinner at Gaudemus because, had I done so, I would have missed a gastronomic high point. The tasting menu was amazing---every dish was perfection and testified that we were in the hands of a truly talented chef. We had the kind of superb dining experience you remember for a long time. Wish we still lived in Duino so we could make Gaudemus a regular haunt.

Lovely little hotel I was booked here as the hotel I booked got overbooked and walked me. It was a nice surprise. The room was small but cosy and the bathroom really nice and elegant. The restaurant was excellent for dinner. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The hotel is close to Trieste and Duino, worth a day-trip to both places.
